As The Verge reports, AT & T has both tweaked the pricing down on its prepaid plans. However, you only get the best deals by signing up to automatically pay each month. For the most consumers, that will not be an issue, especially when it means a $ 10 per month saving.
]Four prepaid plans are on offer. The cheapest is $ 35 ($ 30 on autopay) with 1GB of data and the ability to stream HD video. Next up is the $ 50 plan ($ 40 on autopay) with 8GB of data, HD video, unlimited talk and text for Mexico and Canada, and talk, text, and data usage. This plan is the most improved, having offered only 6GB of data before and costing $ 45 on autopay. So you're getting 2GB more data per month for $ 5 less.
If you use more than 8GB of data regularly, then the $ 65 plan ($ 55 on autopay) may suit you better. Data is unlimited, but video streaming is limited to 480p. $ 60 on autopay. Finally, there's the $ 85 plan ($ 75 on autopay), it also offers unlimited data and allows HD video streaming. The other additional feature to this plan is the 10GB of mobile hotspot data in the US.
