Prior to the announcement of the new Samsung flagships, it remains less than two weeks. Insiders had time to tell about the colors of the case and share a video of branded cases. Also there was information about support for the face recognition function. Now the turn came to the characteristics of the display.
The ratio of the display area to the overall face of the Galaxy S9 and S9 + was determined by GSMArena employees. They obtained schematic renderings of new smartphones and compared them with last year's flagships.
The Galaxy S9 and S9 + figures were slightly lower than their predecessors. The S9 display occupies 85.3 percent of the surface, and S9 + occupies 86.2 percent. In S8 and S8 + 86.2 and 87.5 percent respectively.
The new generation displays are slightly higher, and the frames are wider. The differences coincide with the official smartphone renders from Evan Blass. Presentation Galaxy S9 will be held on February 25.
