Previously, we published a teaser image of the Lenovo Z5. The company Lenovo decided to return to the smartphone market, and the first device should be frameless Z5. The device, according to the teaser, has very thin frames, and the thickness of the side frames is equal to the thickness of the upper one.

According to Lenovo Vice President, 95% of the front panel will occupy the display. Currently, the best in this indicator is the Essential PH-1, whose display occupies 84.9% of the panel. Now it became known what name the device will receive – as you already guessed, we are talking about the Lenovo Z5. The web also has a sketch of the device. As you can see, the device does not have cutouts in the display, and the frames are rather thin. The end is made of metal, and the Type-C port is located at the bottom, there are no elements on the left side.

The smartphone looks very elegant and stylish. In the future, of course, all devices will be such, and to distinguish iPhone from Lenovo will be extremely difficult. The questions remain. Where will the front camera be located, the conversational speaker? In the case of a speaker, it can be placed between the top end and the display in the form of a thin strip. You can also place the speaker under the display, using for transmission bone conduction – something like that already applies the company Aquos in their smartphones, there is a vibration display, when touched with the bone through the sound comes in.

Self-camera smartphone, most likely, or the sliding mechanism will be used by analogy with some Chinese devices. According to rumors, Lenovo Z5 should be presented on June 14.
