When a “space submarine” really can swim in other worlds, no one can argue. For example, NASA plans to send the probe to Jupiter Europe in 2020, but for him, there simply are no tools to drill 1.5 km of ice and get to the liquid water. And where there is liquid on the surface, the use of flying machines is still worthwhile.
