Xiaomi along with Redmi 6 Pro introduced Mi Pad 4 to Snapdragon 660 for 11 thousand rubles. And there are absolutely no questions to Mi Pad 4, it's the best that could be thought up in the category of “tablets”. However, what is Redmi 6 Pro? Technically, it's worse than Redmi Note 5, because Snapdragon 625 is used here.
Of course, this is a very balanced processor, but it was introduced in February 2016 and was simply obsolete, and technically it is rather weak. At the same time, the price of the device is slightly cheaper than the Mi Pad 4 (about 10 thousand rubles), and this despite the fact that Snapdragon 660 is much more powerful than Snapdragon 625. I assumed that 6 Pro will equip with at least a Snapdragon 636 processor, and Redmi 6 will get 425th . In addition, at the price of Redmi Note 5 at 636 it costs the same as 6 Pro.
But after Redmi Note 5 Xiaomi decided to change its policy by betting on a strong economy. Redmi 6 is simply worse than Redmi 5 for iron, and Redmi 6 Pro is technically worse than Redmi Note 5. And it's sad. It's worth remembering the golden time when Redmi Note 3 Pro was equipped with a Snapdragon 650 processor, which even now is ahead of Snapdragon 625. Note 3 Pro was introduced in 2016, and at that time it cost about 8 thousand rubles.
Other characteristics of Redmi 6 Pro are not noticeable: 3/4 GB of RAM, 32/64 GB of ROM, 5.8-inch FHD display, dual camera (12 + 5 megapixel), 4000 mAh battery and face unlock
I sincerely believe in that the company will manage to get out of the crisis, because it is clearly traced. Xiaomi has always been loved not for design, but for powerful iron.
